All current 9th, 10th and 11th grade MGSH students will receive information and registration materials in their Foundations class to review graduation requirements and learn more about the process. MGSH students will register their final course selections online through StudentVUE (deadline to enter selections for current MGSH students is January 25 by 11:59 p.m.)
Current District 279 8th grade students will receive information at their middle schools regarding high school registration and are encouraged to attend Registration Conferences on Thursday, January 26 from 3:00-7:00pm in-person at MGSH. The registration process is extremely important as the course requests your student makes will determine which courses are offered next school year, so students should choose wisely to ensure they will be appropriately challenged academically and prepared for their post high school plans.
We encourage families to be highly involved with their student’s registration as it is extremely difficult, and often not possible, to make schedule changes once the process is complete. If you or your student has any questions during the registration process (i.e. curriculum, course offerings, graduation requirements, etc.) do not hesitate to contact a counselor, case manager, or Foundations/Advisory teacher.
