Four more Osseo Area Schools sites earn RAMP counseling designation

Four more Osseo Area Schools sites earn RAMP counseling designation

Regarded as a gold standard in school counseling methodology, the Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP) model demonstrates a school’s competency in delivering comprehensive, data-informed school counseling programs. In March, four more district schools achieved this designation from the American School Counselor Association: Maple Grove and Park Center senior high schools, Brooklyn Middle STEAM School and Woodland Elementary School.

These schools join five other Osseo Area School sites with RAMP designation: Basswood, Garden City and Oak View elementary schools, North View Middle School, and Osseo Senior High School.

According to the American School Counselor Association, applying for RAMP helps schools evaluate their counseling program, discover areas for improvement, and enhance the program’s efforts to contribute to student success. Learn more about the RAMP program.
