Student-athletes sign Letters of Intent

Student-athletes sign Letters of Intent

Students from Osseo Area Schools participate in a letter signing day to acknowledge the work put in as a student-athlete and to mark the next chapter in their educational and athletic journeys. In February, over 30 students across the district committed to attending Division 1 or Division 2 colleges and universities to play their sport. Each senior high school each held activities to commemorate the occasion. 

Maple Grove Senior High School had 22 seniors sign Letters of Intent who were recognized at a signing ceremony on Feb. 1. Those students are:

  • Jacob Kilzer, Air Force Academy–Football
  • Kagan Kollar, University of North Dakota–Golf
  • Sam Kliber, University of Minnesota-Duluth–Baseball
  • Kennedy Klick, University of Minnesota–Basketball
  • Audrey Kormann, New Jersey Institute of Technology–Basketball
  • Temple Landry, Stanford University–Gymnastics
  • Leah Muscatello, University of Mount Olive–Lacrosse

Osseo High School will be doing a large collegiate commitment day celebration this spring. The OSH boys football team and girls basketball teams held celebrations for their athletes signing Letters of Intent. Those students are:

  • Bryce Hawthorne, South Dakota State University–Football
  • Antonio Fondren Jr., Tennessee State University–Football
  • DeShawn Ricks, Augsburg University–Football
  • Jerone Kellum, Hamline University–Football
  • Aalayah Wilson, Lindenwood University–Basketball

Park Center Senior High had five student-athletes sign letters of intent. Those students are:

  • Kaden Cook, Bemidji State University–Football
  • Tyrell Thomas, Bemidji State University–Football
  • Latravion Adams, Augsburg College–Football
  • Max Lemke, St. Scholastica–Football
  • Dominick Brown, Iowa Central Community College–Football
